    (1 month, 2 week, and 1 week check-in)

  • Rehearsal (3 hour day including travel) 

  • Day of coordination (12 hour day)

EVENT Coordinator

Event Coordinator - $1200 (12 hour day)

  • Timeline Management

  • Vendor & rental check-in

  • Complete execution of your vision & contracts

  • Collaborate with vendors to solve any issues that arise in order to create a day free of any logistical stress

  • Breakdown is included if within the agreed upon time frame, or all items will be organized and left in the hands of guest contact of your choice
